Shipping policy

Twin City Cycles offers motorcycle parts, accessories, helmets and clothing. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your address and cart.

Australian shipping

Products covered by our general shipping profile have standard shipping at A$11, with free standard shipping for qualifying orders of A$100 or more. Express shipping is available at A$15 where offered at checkout.

Printful clothing has separate shipping rates. Clothing orders and orders combining clothing with other products may have different or combined delivery charges. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping on the general profile does not automatically apply to clothing.

International shipping

General-profile products have standard international shipping at A$20 to supported destinations. Clothing rates vary by destination. Available options are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply under the destination country's rules.

Processing and delivery

Products may be dispatched by different suppliers or fulfillment partners, including from overseas, and items may arrive in separate parcels. Clothing may be produced to order. Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please check the product information or contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We do not promise a fixed dispatch or delivery timeframe unless specifically confirmed for your order.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information when your order ships. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
